What is the best way to contact Tech Support?

How do I find my GUI and LC version?

Field Application Engineers
At Firefly Integrations we have a remarkable team of Field Application Engineers who are on site most days helping manufacturing customers with our products. Whether it's a model change, a software update, or a general issue they're trained and available to assist. Our techs are on site most days training and servicing vehicles to ensure that our products are implemented smoothly and seamlessly into every coach, vehicle, and trailer. Our field engineers also conduct regularly scheduled audits of all manufacturing customer lines as well as weekly check-ins to ensure there aren't any issues that we are not already aware of.
Each member of that team goes above and beyond to ensure that each customer of ours has the best experience with the products possible. And not to mention these services are provided at no additional costs to our manufacturers. Not to brag, but we like to think that's an added value of our product - especially with the team of field engineers we have here at Firefly.
