Shipping & Refunds

Our customers are very important to us. We do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them. Orders will be processed and shipped same day or by the end of the next business day, excluding holidays or instances of missing order information. 

To make sure your order ships on time, please be sure to enter in your vehicle information on your account. If our team requires more information about your order, you will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions.

Same Day Shipping with UPS Next Day Air

All orders submitted before 12:00 PM EST and shipping with UPS Next Day Air will be considered a “rush order” and will be shipped out the same day it was received.  

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer ground shipping, next-day air, and 2-day air. For same-day shipping, please place your order before 12:00 PM EST and select the UPS Next Day Air shipping option.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. To track your package, click here: https://www.fireflyint.com/my-account/orders

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some P.O. Boxes and addresses do not allow for UPS Next Day Air shipping. If this issue is encountered, we will automatically adjust your shipping method to the next quickest option.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Orders that have already shipped can be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund or a credit for exchange. Returned parts must be new, uninstalled, and returned within seven days in the same condition they were received. Eligible returned parts will incur a 10% restocking fee. Products that are damaged upon return will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
